Delivery and Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from Italy. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding shipping times, costs, and important information about your order’s delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that shipping fees do not include import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that may be applied upon delivery in your country. These charges are determined by local customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missed Deliveries & Customer Responsibility
Duties & Taxes (DAP/DDU). All international orders (including the UK and Japan) ship Delivered At Place (DAP/DDU). This means import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs fees are paid by the recipient upon arrival. We do not collect or include these charges at checkout.
Customs Delays. Customs processing times vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Refused/Unpaid Duties, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels.
If a parcel is returned to us because duties/taxes weren’t paid, delivery was refused, the address was incorrect/incomplete, or the parcel was unclaimed:

We will refund the product price only once the item is received back and passes inspection, minus:
(i) the original shipping cost (non-refundable), and
(ii) any return fees charged by the carrier/customs.

If you would like the order resent, we can ship it again after you pay the new shipping cost (and any return fees we were charged). Duties/taxes will still be due on delivery.
Lost/Seized/Destroyed by Customs
Refunds are only possible if the parcel is returned to us. If customs destroys or abandons the shipment, we cannot refund.
Declared Value
We must declare the full purchase value and cannot mark orders as gifts.

The Hoarderie accepts no liability for lost, delayed, or returned parcels due to missed deliveries or unclaimed packages.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed (within 2 to 3 working days), you can expect the following delivery times:
• Italy: 3–4 working days (for most major cities)
• Europe: 5–7 working days
• Worldwide: 7–10 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and potential customs delays.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are shipped from Italy within 2 to 3 working days after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
